Who do I coach?
and how do I work?
In the fast-paced world of demanding positions, my clients often find themselves immersed in busy schedules without unbiased ears to challenge their thought processes. If you’re at a stage where the output doesn’t justify the input, you’re not alone. Many successful individuals face this exact dilemma.
My coaching is about:
- Expertise and Knowledge: a solid understanding of human behaviour, mindset, and performance principles. Acquired knowledge and skills through education, training, and experience in coaching methodologies and specific fields.
- Active Listening and Communication: As an effective coach, I excel at active listening, to fully understand your needs, challenges, and aspirations. To then communicate clearly and effectively, asking powerful questions, providing constructive feedback, and conveying information in a way that is clear and actionable.
- Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: As a performance coach, I require to be empathetic and able to connect with my clients on an emotional level. I understand and manage my own emotions while also recognising and responding to your emotions. Allowing to build trust and creating a safe space for open and honest conversations.
- Goal-Orientation and Accountability: I guide clients to define clear, meaningful goals and support them in creating actionable plans to achieve those goals. I hold my clients accountable for taking consistent action, staying focused, and overcoming obstacles. By providing structure and guidance, I ensure you stay on track and achieve your desired outcomes.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Different individuals and situations require different approaches. Hence I adapt and tailor my coaching style and techniques to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. I’m flexible in adjusting strategies and methods as necessary to maximize the effectiveness of the coaching process.
- Trustworthiness and Confidentiality: Trust is crucial in the coach-client relationship. I must demonstrate high ethical standards at all time, maintain confidentiality, and create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts, concerns, and challenges. This fosters an environment of trust, openness, and vulnerability.
- Continuous Learning and Growth: As an effective coach, I commit to my personal and professional development. I engage in ongoing learning, stay updated with the latest research and best practices, and continuously refine my coaching skills. This ensures I provide the highest level of support and guidance to my clients.
My clients come to me with a variety of challenges, such as:

- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships is often crucial. As a professional, you must navigate diverse client personalities, meet their expectations, and deliver exceptional service, often under challenging circumstances
- Limited Personal Time Off: Due to the demanding nature of the industry, you may have limited opportunities for vacation or personal time off, especially during peak deal periods. This results in prolonged periods of intense work without adequate breaks or time for rejuvenation.

My clients describe me as:
So, how does it work in practice?
First, through a no-obligation and free conversation, we’ll meet and both agree we’re a good team to create your successes.
We’ll then start our coaching relationship with one session at a time, still giving you the freedom to stop at any time. This is fundamental to ensuring your coaching remains yours.
My approach is tailored to the needs and preferences of my client, ensuring each session delivers the maximum effect and benefits.
During each coaching session we will:
- Dive deeper into the topic you brought to the session to ensure all the changes initiated align with your objective(s) and are anchored for the long term.
- Focus on setbacks by peeling their different layers to ensure they stop slowing your progress.
- Craft a watertight plan for you to progress between our sessions.
- Wrap it all up in the necessary powerful motivation drawn to the surface by precise coaching questions to ensure a seamless, however, powerful session.
I like to remind clients that…
Coaching is often uncomfortable as we work outside your comfort zone.
My role is to adjust your pace to effectively and continuously reach success, so during our sessions, we’ll push the boundaries at the pace I think is needed to reach the next step.
The secret of coaching: ‘Disrupt your thought process to inject new mechanisms and get the best out of you and what you know.’
